Tell me and I will forget.
Show me and I may remember.
Involve me and I will understand.
Our Philosophy
As an independent insurance agency for over 40 years, we believe that with the right insurance planning, we can help you reach your financial goals. We involve you throughout the process, making sure you understand your coverage and the options available to you.
We are a “one stop shop” that will professionally coordinate your personal and business insurances: life, disability, long-term care, as well as all lines of property and casualty. We work with multiple insurers to offer you the right coverage.
We believe in the personal touch, interacting directly with you to develop your plan. We don’t want to be a quote machine, which just provides price and basic coverage information. That’s just telling you the minimum information. And without more specifics, a general quote may not accurately reflect what will work best for you.
Even if you want us to compete against another insurer’s policy, just showing you what we can offer doesn’t help you realize your goals.
We want you to be involved in the entire process, so you fully understand our recommendations for your coverage and budget.
We also work with your tax and legal professionals, at no additional cost!

FAQ
Why Do Some Insurance Companies Quote Much Lower Than Others?
They provide a basic quote presuming that your life is in the “perfect situation.” They might assume you have a perfect driving record, or that you have no health issues. While we hope for this ideal situation, for many people, this is not the case. There are also multiple factors that affect the actual quote that are not calculated in the preliminary one you receive before providing all the necessary information.
What Information Do I Have To Provide To Receive The Right Quote?
We ask in-depth questions and do our “homework” to ensure you are receiving the right quote based on the details you provide us, rather than a general one that could change significantly. Based on the type of insurance, some of the information we need may include:
• Date of birth
• Drive’s license #
• Property and garaging addresses
• Personal and family health histories, including any significant illnesses or diagnoses
• Your occupation, profession, and daily job activities
• Personal income
• Business financials, along with the applicable documentation, if you are looking for business-related insurance.
Wow! That Seems Too Nosy…
We will protect your privacy at all costs, and we only submit your personal information to insurance companies as you authorize and as it is applicable to the specific line of insurance you need. We never sell or provide your personal or business information to any third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes.
What Makes Your Agency Different From Other Agencies?
We personally handle your policies and accounts, and always look for different ways of approaching our clients' specific needs.
Over the years, many changes have taken place in the industry, with new and evolving government regulations and requirements. Staying up-to-date with these changes is critical to providing the best possible service to our clients.
Michael Wish’s philosophy: As the founder and owner of the agency, I am here to provide you with personal attention, something that the big agencies and insurance companies won’t do. I want to make sure you understand your coverage options and that you know why I recommend the coverage that I do.
I’m also great to talk to about the Red Sox!
Do You Charge A Fee For Consultation Or Proposals?
Never! I work with you to get the best quotes on the best coverage that is right for you. I do not charge you for my time—however long it takes!
Rest assured, your information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared without your permission.
